KIDS WORKSHOPS

Aimed at children over the age of 5 years, and up to 12 years, these workshops on Saturday 21st July are perfectly timed to allow parents to attend a movie of their choice and listen to a directors’ post-screening Q&A or discussion. Our workshops are led by talented and experienced artists and musicians. Each workshop is two hours long, and costs €10 per child per workshop. Tickets are available here or at the Box Office at Headfort from Friday 20th July.  Places are limited so booking online in advance is advised.

ART ABOUT FILMS – Saturday 12noon

Inspired by the two animated films in our programme, The Breadwinner and Sgt Stubby: An American Hero, the Guth Gafa children’s workshop will use creative ideas from these two films to inspire the children in making musical and artistic pieces of work.
