AUTLOOK Filmsales company profile from www.autlookfilms.com

Sharing the same clear vision on the definition of a Filmsales company, Amour Fou Film, Nikolaus Geyrhalter Film and Navigator Film founded AUTLOOK Filmsales. The chosen name reflects this vision perfectly.

AUTLOOK has four dictionary meanings and each meaning reflects our vision:

  • A point of view, an attitude: a positive AUTLOOK.
Every film is important and has our full attention.
  • Expectation for the future: the long-term AUTLOOK for economic growth.
We believe in long term relationships with all our clients and partners. We build our relationships on trust, mutual respect and passion for every selected film.
  • To inspect thoroughly, to select.
We select films we are passionate about, and we make sure that every client is passionate about our films.
  • The act of looking out.
We are openminded, curious and positive … these are our ingredients to embrace the future.

Journeyman Pictures - company profile from www.journeyman.tv

What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for top quality 50-60 minute documentaries as well as short magazine and news reports for worldwide distribution. We’re particularly interested in topical, and investigative films, however our catalogue covers a wide diversity so if you think it’s strong let us have a look! Great footage, strong characters, clear exposition and an English voiceover are ideal, whatever the genre.

Why Place Your Film With Us?
With 20 years in the business, Journeyman offers independent filmmakers and broadcasters a focused distribution outlet. We hate to see powerful documentaries shown once and forgotten - which is why we’ve become pioneers in niche marketing. Our multilingual team is dedicated to getting your film placed across the board. Our marketing strategy is multi-faceted and on the pulse, encompassing mailshots, telephone marketing, a Youtube site with 250k views a day, a preview site, a VOD site and the all-important personal meetings.

Journeyman's Filmmakers
Journeyman seeks out the best in factual production. We pride ourselves on the network of award-winning independents who bring us both news and documentaries. They know there's no one else who'll offer the same saturation of the market. In addition to this we represent the work of the UK’s Guardian Films and Channel 4, Australia's ABC, New Zealand’s TVNZ, Germany's ZDF, Denmark's DR, Sweden's SVT and many more.
