International Selection Process Closed

01/04/10

The selection process for international films for Guth Gafa 2010 is now closed, but the Festival selection team are still accepting one hour and feature documentaries from Irish filmmakers until the end of April.

The Guth Gafa programming team have closed their selection process for international documentaries, and will be making their final selections for their international programme over the coming weeks.  Guth Gafa does not have an open submission process for international docs, but is 100% curated.  The selection team visit Festivals and view films online from September through to April.  Screeners are also invited from filmmakers, who have contacted us, if we think the film might fit our programming themes and ideas.

As we have a specific Irish section, outside our international selection, Irish filmmakers are invited to send us their films at any time up until the end of April.  We do not accept short films.

We would like to thank all the people who have contacted us or sent us screeners over the last 6 months, and we hope that you will try and visit us for the Festival.
